Accounting
Many accounting packages have been made, both offline and online. NatriSoft is a proponent of the strategy of keeping the administration offline as much as possible and only doing that part online that is necessary for business operations. Why would you as a company put your most sensitive information online (with all the associated risks) if that is not necessary?
Ofline Boekhouding (MS Excel)
Over a period of more than 25 years, NatriSoft has developed an Excel application with which complete company accounting can be done. This includes the booking of costs, invoicing to customers, company results (Loss & Profit accounts), balance sheets and VAT returns. This application is a great solution for small and medium-sized companies that want to do the accounting and declarations themselves. But it is also possible with this application to do part of the work yourself and have it checked by an accountant.
The basic system includes these functions:
- Add or edit data of products and services
- Add or edit data of prospects and customers
- Invoicing of customers via email (invoice as PDF)
- Full accounting of all incoming and outgoing transactions (including payments in installments)
- Overviews of debtors and creditors
- Full reports of Loss and profit statements and balance sheets (per month, quarter or year)
- Overviews for VAT declarations (per month or quarter)
- Various checks to ensure a balanced accounting
Just like the other NatriSoft products, it is possible to evaluate this application for free. This product comes with a short user manual (in Dutch). Depending on the intended user, training might be advisable. That training will cover both accounting and software aspects.
Price indication
The price of this product depends on how much customization and training is required. The basic price is 99 euros and an hourly rate of 55 euros excluding VAT applies for the customization. When an assignment for an individual customer requires 4 hours of customization and 2 hours of training, the total cost would be 99 + 220 + 110 = 429 euros excluding VAT (one-off). If support is needed afterwards, this can be done through the hourly rate or a fixed amount for monthly support.

Offline Administratie (MS Access)
For companies with slightly more administrative requirements, NatriSoft can offer a complete administration system, made in MS Access. This has all the functions of the previous system, but it is more suited for mid-size and larger companies or organisations. So it not only takes care of the bookkeeping, but with this a complete administration can be kept.
The basic system includes these functions:
- Add or edit data of products and services
- Add or edit data of prospects and customers
- Sending emails and mailings based on templates
- Invoicing of customers via email (invoice as PDF)
- Full accounting of all incoming and outgoing transactions (including payments in installments)
- Overviews of debtors and creditors
- Full reports of Loss and profit statements and balance sheets (per month, quarter or year)
- Overviews for VAT declarations (per month or quarter)
- Various checks to ensure a balanced accounting
Examples of customization (that has already been performed):
- Importing customer data from a website
- In addition to one-off products, also sales of subscriptions for services that apply for specific periods
- Record attendance for training courses or courses, as proof of participation in training courses
- Postponement of the end date for subscriptions (under conditions) if customers cancel on time
- Easy import of sales and payments from a websop made by NatriSoft
- Entering sales and costs of a webshop made by a third party
- Integration and synchronization of data with online SQL databases
- Import and process a CSV file with bank transactions
- Etc.

When an assignment for an individual customer requires 6 hours of customization and 4 hours of training, the total cost would be 149 + 330 + 220 = 699 euros excluding VAT. This is the (one-off) price for a tailor-made program for an industry-specific administration.
If more customization is required for the end product (for example due to a link with a webshop), the number of extra hours could increase to, for example, 10 hours of customization and 6 hours of training. Then the total price could come to 149 + 550 + 330 = 1029 euros excluding VAT (one-off). If support is needed afterwards, this can be done through the hourly rate or a fixed amount for monthly support.

Offline Kassasysteem (.NET)
In addition to the shift from accounting packages to online systems, POS systems are also increasingly linked to the internet. This can have unpleasant consequences. In the event of a power failure or loss of internet, an expensive cash register system can fail. This can put business operations at risk. For checkout systems it can also be wise to opt for an offline solution.
The system includes:
- Import of product and customer data
- Processing purchases via a touchscreen
- System subscription for customers who purchase services for specific periods of time
- Strip card / presentation system for keeping track of the purchase of these services
- Simple reports to gain insight into sales per product group
- Export revenue data to accounting
